Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Retailer", "Distributor", "You") and VVN MULTISERVICES INDIA Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Payonclick"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating the digital financial services platform accessible at payonclick.in.
By registering on, accessing, or using our platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Settlement Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Payonclick web portal at payonclick.in and any associated mobile applications.
- "Services" means all digital financial services offered through the Platform including but not limited to AEPS, DMT, Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Bill Payments (BBPS), FASTag Recharge, Micro ATM, and PAN Card services.
- "Wallet" means the digital prepaid balance maintained in your Payonclick account used for processing transactions.
- "Commission" means the fee or incentive earned by Users for processing transactions through the Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification as mandated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
- "Business Day" means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday declared by the Government of India or RBI.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a citizen or legal resident of India.
- You must possess a valid Aadhaar, PAN Card, and an active bank account in your name.
- You shall provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated at all times.
- Each User is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
- We reserve the right to reject or revoke registration at our sole discretion without assigning any reason.
3. Services Offered
Payonclick provides the following digital financial services through its Platform:

All services are subject to availability, regulatory approvals, and policies of respective service providers, NPCI, and RBI.
4. KYC Compliance
In compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 and RBI Master Direction on KYC, Users are required to:
- Complete full KYC verification including Aadhaar verification, PAN verification, and bank account verification before accessing Services.
- Submit valid government-issued identity and address proof documents as requested.
- Consent to periodic re-verification of KYC documents as per regulatory requirements.
- Provide biometric data (fingerprint/iris) where required for AEPS onboarding and transactions.
Failure to complete or maintain valid KYC may result in restriction or suspension of your account and Services.
5. Wallet Terms
- The Payonclick Wallet is a closed-loop prepaid instrument used solely for processing transactions on the Platform.
- Wallet balance can be loaded via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, or approved payment channels.
- Wallet balance does not earn any interest.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable between User accounts except through authorized settlement mechanisms.
- Minimum wallet balance requirements may apply for certain services and are displayed on the dashboard.
- Unused wallet balance is refundable to your registered bank account as per our Settlement Policy.
6. Transaction Policies
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
- Transactions are subject to successful verification of payment, service availability from operators/banks, and compliance with RBI/NPCI guidelines.
- Transaction limits are determined by the type of service, your KYC status, and applicable regulatory limits:
- AEPS Cash Withdrawal: Up to ₹10,000 per transaction (as per NPCI guidelines)
- DMT: Up to ₹25,000 per transaction, ₹25,000 per month per beneficiary (as per RBI norms)
- Recharge/Bill Payment: As per operator/biller limits
- You are solely responsible for entering correct beneficiary details (mobile number, account number, IFSC, Aadhaar, etc.). Payonclick shall not be liable for transactions processed based on incorrect information provided by you.
- Transaction confirmation is final once the service provider/bank acknowledges success. Reversal of successful transactions is not possible.
7. Commission & Charges
- Commission rates for each service are displayed on your dashboard and are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
- Changes in commission rates will be communicated through the Platform dashboard, email, or SMS with reasonable prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue commission on any service at any time.
- Service charges, convenience fees, or processing fees may apply to certain transactions as displayed at the time of transaction.
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) shall be deducted at 5% on commission income exceeding ₹15,000 per financial year as per Section 194H of the Income Tax Act, 1961. If PAN is not provided, TDS shall be deducted at 20%.
- GST as applicable shall be charged on service fees and displayed in invoices.
8. User Obligations
As a User of the Platform, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (User ID, password, TPIN, MPIN).
- Not share your account credentials with any third party.
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach at contactus@payonclick.in.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Ensure adequate wallet balance before initiating transactions.
- Maintain proper records of all transactions processed through the Platform.
- Provide genuine KYC documents of end customers where applicable (e.g., AEPS transactions).
- Display the Payonclick branding/board at your retail outlet as required.
9. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity.
- Processing transactions using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized credentials.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise Platform security.
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
- Misrepresenting yourself as an authorized agent of any bank or financial institution.
- Charging end-customers any fee beyond the authorized service charges displayed on the Platform.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or similar technology to access the Platform.
- Engaging in any activity that violates RBI, NPCI, or other regulatory guidelines.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.
- We may suspend accounts for security purposes, regulatory compliance, suspicious activity, or investigation of potential fraud.
- Upon termination, any pending wallet balance shall be settled to your registered bank account after deducting any outstanding charges, penalties, or amounts owed to the Company, within 30 Business Days.
- You may request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Account closure is subject to settlement of all pending transactions and dues.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, trademarks, software, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by VVN MULTISERVICES INDIA Pvt. Ltd. and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for the purpose of availing Services.
- You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Payonclick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total commission earned by you in the preceding three (3) months.
- We shall not be liable for:
- Failure of third-party services, banks, or payment networks.
- Internet or network connectivity issues.
- Transactions processed based on incorrect information provided by you.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or regulatory changes.
- Any loss due to unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VVN MULTISERVICES INDIA Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
14. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation.
- If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hisar, Haryana, India.
- The language of arbitration shall be English or Hindi.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Hisar, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
16. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or dashboard notification at least 15 days before the change takes effect.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism:

If your grievance is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate it to the appropriate regulatory authority or consumer forum.
